Originally from Monterrey, Mexico, Gina moved to San Antonio at a young age and today considers herself to be the epitome of a Texas native. While attending the University of Texas at San Antonio, she became associated with the Public Relations Student Society of America, PRSSA, and soon after, became Vice President of Finance. In addition to handling the finances of the chapter, Gina attended Public Relations Society of America luncheons to learn about the public relations culture in San Antonio and used her passion to plan socials on campus to engage UTSA students in the organization.
